1. All Items are Pre-Orders only. I will mail out your items within 7days after shipment arrives. Waiting time
for shipment is 2-5 weeks due to order from overseas after each batches closes.

3. If the item is Out of Stock, it will be refunded to you.

4. Due to oversea bulk purchase, STRICTLY NO Refunds/ Cancellation or Exchange after payment is
made.

5.  Once order is Confirmed & Secured, No changes or cancellation is allowed.

6. Bear No Responsibility for item lost if opt for Normal Postage. Therefore, Registered Mail is highly
recommended.

7. Bear No Responsibility for item Lost during Transition to Singapore.

8. Bear No Responsibility for Defects, Damage, Wrong Item/ Size/ Colour Sent.

9. There might be slight variation different in colour between the images and the actual item.

10. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurement stated due to different production batches/ ways of measurement.

We will process your order after you make the full payment. Payment has to be made within 3 working days from date of receiving our returning email.

Postage charges to be calculated when goods arrive as i am not sure how heavy is the item.
Combined postage will be cheaper, as long weight limit by Singpost.
